Estio Healthcare's Brand New Loyalty Card System

At Estio, it’s important to us that our staff feel valued, appreciated and that they’re getting the most out of their job – that’s why we’re introducing a brand new loyalty card system into our working environment that benefits our team members.

The new system enables staff to work towards having their training sessions paid for, rather than having to take unpaid time out of work.

Let’s break it down…

For new staff members, we’ll pay one day’s worth of training providing they don’t cancel any booked shifts and work forty hours in their first month working for Estio. Alternatively, we’ll pay the full course if they don’t cancel any booked shifts and work one hundred hours in their first month working for Estio.

Existing Estio employees get to weigh in on the new system too!

If existing staff members work an average of one hundred hours per month over each quarter, we’ll pay the equivalent of three shifts worth of pay just for working consistently. If they work an average of fifty hours per month over each quarter we’ll pay the equivalent of one day’s worth of work.

With the new system comes new regulations, if staff members are issued with strikes of any sort, their hours will be reset to zero and no benefits will be given due to their actions.
